职位描述:
主要职责:
1.Order processing into the procurement and production ;
2.Main contact peon for all sales related issues to the headquarter;
3.Coordination on urgent customer request and inquiries;
4.Supervision of order and payment receipts (dunning);
5.Preparation of quotatio in close coordination with Key Account;
6.Administration of quotatio and sales documents before order placement as well as during the whole product development process;
7.Administration and supervisiorelease of commission agreements and payments;
8.Support of the preparation of Tender documents;
9.Definition and further development of processes and procedures in compliance with the Management Handbook;
10.Implementation and further development of department organization (including regular internal report template and internal process)
11.Budget respoibility;
12.Respoible for team development and performance evaluation
综合要求:
1. Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering is preferred;
2. Min. 5 yea' pratical experience in the main fields of sales administration;
3. Good to very good knowledge of English and German (orally and in writing)
4. Independent and structured style of working
5. High degreee of communication and team skills
6. SAP, Miscrosoft Office
7. Accept flexible working time type
