Euring the development goals are attained through the effective man-agement of development projects and purchased parts during the devel-opment phase by the employees of the QET, QEL, QEP, QEV and QEA groups; Establishing and euring efficient and effective processes and Q-assurance methods within the specialist QE department QE; Securing the requisite know-how in the specialist department through the analysis, evaluation and planning of steps in the E-plan and the completion of such over the coue of the year; Euring that the employees are appropriate-ly qualified for advance developments and customer developments; Se-curing balanced wage structures in the specialist department.
