Job Description:

1. Management and in charge of production statio in all aspects to assure efficient, effective production per target set (both Panel and Roll to roll production).

2. Lead the whole production team for the processes and schedule commitments per set forth by Planning team based on OTD & output targets

3. Lead with FS team maintain all facilities at the normal conditio and assure FS team to support fully on TPM’s task allocated by TPM leader.

4. Optimize of process flow, and drive performance by HC productivity target set by management.

5. Co-ordinate and improve machines, toolings and process for the cost saving.

6. Support Lean Kaizen team in production floor.

7. Monitor PWR and WTP coumptio at the lower stage.

8. Monitor and make sure machines and operation at a safety conditio.

9. Lead Production Process engineering team to assure quality, DL SOP are fully complied with company target.

Job Requirement:

A. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; A Maste degree is preferred.

B. 5 yea of operatio experience.

C. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulatio. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questio from groups of manage, clients, custome, and the general public.

D. Undetanding of Minitab, DOE, SPC, FMEA, PDCA.

E. Good communication and teamwork skill.

F. Good English skills reading &writing, fluent speaking is a must.
