Job respoibilities:

- Management quality planning team to follow up project timing schedule to complete all activity.

- Participate project team as one of core membe.

- Coordinate product optimisatio loops to lead to product according to specificatio and drawing

- Organize quality planning team to Customer contact in pre-launch phase for all quality related issues

- Support quality planning to creation of all quality documents like control plan, quality control sheets etc

- Follow internal part release process (try out, measurements…)

- Leading quality planning and confirmation all PPAP package to customer.

- Coordinate customer quality audits connected with new and pre-lunch phase projects.

- Organize to make out measurement gauge according to customer requirement and time schedule.

- Set up the KPI for quality planning and regular follow up with status.

Job requirements:

- In good physical conditio, can meet post demands

- Technical Bachelor degree (chemistry, mechanical..)

- Min 7 yea experience in quality in Automotive industry mandatory and experience for quality planning priority.

- Very good English spoken and written

- Be familiar with APQP,PPAP,PFMEA,SPC ,MSA. Undetand the GM/VW FORMAL D /FORD require-ment as priority .

- Familiar with statistical analysis method in problem solving by product control and process management.
