岗位描述
1. Assist in the full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, employee relatio, training & development, performance management, compeation & benefits.
2. Keep track of the company business trend and future needs, and take the initiative to discuss with the General Manager and Country HR to refine the organization structure and resources optimization.
3. Monitor, review and implement HR & Administration policies through expert management of staff motivation
4. Oveee administrative, and office support services
5. Build up strong labor relatiohip and assist the deputy general manager in handling labor disputes
6. Proactively support the management team to cultivate a positive working climate and ipire employee loyalty.
7. Participate in country HR projects and activities when required.
任职要求
1. Degree holder in HR or relevant discipline
2. Minimum 7 yea relevant work experience with good exposure in factory HR operatio.
3. Good interpeonal, communication and people management skills are essential
4. Able to work independently, initiative and energetic
5. Proactive thinking, people oriented, excellent interpeonal skills, can influence othe
6. Well organized, able to handle details accurately; thorough knowledge of MS Office
7. Open, fast learner, honest and pleasant
