职位描述:
Working Respoibilities:
1. Executive Secretary to GM:
- Manage calendameetings to optimize GM's time
- Deal with biz claims reimbuement
- Receive guests/visito with coiderate treatment
- Report/tasks coordination with manage & superviso
- Draft presentation, memo, letter and all other correspondence preparation
- Liaise internally with all levels of organization as well as external senior management
- Other tasks assigned by GM
2. Admin Executive:
- Admin budget plan and monitoring
- Policy set up and execution
- Procurement of stationary, groceries etc
- Important guests coordination
- Supplie sourcing and relatiohip maintenance with hotels, flight agency, restaurants etc
- Visa/invitation lette preparation for foreigne
- Provide supports to Company events, projects, trainings etc
- Proper arrangement of Ayi and admin assistant
3. HR Related:
- Attendence record management
- OT record management
- Other basic HR related operation
Requirements:
- Work independently/proactively, prioritize tasks and make sound judgement to anticipate GM's needs and expectation
- Excellent people management, communication and problem solving skills, acting as liaison between management and rest of staff
- High see of confidentiality
Experience: At least 5 yea working experience in the related area
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Business English/Office Admin
Skills: Good communication and interpeonal skills,excellent command of English and computer (e.g. Powerpoints, Word, Excel etc)
Peonality: Integrity and trust, gracious, action oriented, seibility
Language: English is must.
