Job Description:
1 Recruitment Management
(A) Collect annual manpower request from dept mg, setting annual recruitment plan.
(B) Recruitment channels management, contract update, channels development.
(C) Resume review, telephone interview and make appointment.
(D) Interview, provide interview assessment and arrange 2nd round interview appointment for manager
(E) Reference check for candidate.
(F) Issue employment offer letter for confirmed candidate.
2.Compeation & Benefits Management
(A) Monthly payroll draft
(B) Monitor monthly probation and contract renewal
(C) Support on C&B projects, such as annual salary survey, social iurance adjustment, salary review, incentive, commercial iurance, etc..
(D) Assist staff on the delivery of the medical claims to iurance company, Hukou trafer, Residence Permit etc application docs
(E) Saff welfare /rec activities execution
3.Training & Development
(A) Collect staff training needs and make annual training plan
(B) New staff orientation program management.
(C) Training activities organization & management, include external& internal.
(D) Training record management, soft copy and hard copy
4.Employment Management
(A) HR policy update according to the latest PRC labor law.
(B) HR reports provide & analysis
(C) HR internal memo & announcement draft & issue.
(D) New join staff management, like contract sign, FESCO register,medical checkup. etc.
(E) Leave staff management. Like exit interview, FESCO register,leave procedure follow up
(F) HR formalities processing, contract renewal, probation review etc.
(G) Deal with worke' work injury issues
(H) Deal with employment conflict
(J) HR activities organization
(K) E-HR administration
5.Conduct HR projects
(A) Involve in HR projects from HQ
(B) HR projects run & control in WSH
6. Other HR & Admin works assigned by superior
Experience:Minimum 5 yea of direct experience in HR or related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Qualification:Bachelor degree with major in HRM or equivalent
Skills:- Strong in the Labour Law in China.
- Strong interpeonal, communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong customer-centricity; strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
- People oriented, independent & resourceful.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel at intermediate or advanced level/
