职位描述:
Position Summary/Mission:
· Supports the development of strong relatiohips directly with custome, prospects and internal business partne that lead to the achievement of new sales, profitable growth and earnings targets.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
· Supports the Region Head of Sales in the achievement of the revenue goals for the assigned regional territory
· Assists in the cultivation and development of producer and coultant contacts in the assigned territory
· Maintai contact and opportunity data in salesforce.com software package
· Develops research and material around potential prospects and marketplace data
· Maintai awareness of competitive landscape
· Produces sales of International product through direct and producer distribution channels
· Supports AGB Sales Directo with large case sales efforts, cold calling, telemarketing and lead generation
· Articulate the Aetna Global Value Proposition
· Supports the cross-sell efforts with National Accounts, Middle Market and Small Business segments
· Assists in the development of strategy in large case RFP respoes
· Coordinates marketing efforts such as maile, e-mail communicatio and product updates
· To take respoibility to always actively treat custome fairly (TCF) and support / drive any TCF initiative
Background/Experience Desired:
· 5 yea industry or customer service experience
· 2-4 yea experience with account sales and/ or client management
· Fluent in written & spoken English
· Excellent presentation skills
· Knowledge of the PRC & international medical iurance market and core competitive set
Educational Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
· Liceure as required by local authority
