职责Duties:

翻译公司所有相关的书面和口头的交流内容，包括商务和法律的文件、演示和培训材料（英语和当地语言互译）。

Overall tralatio of company related written and verbal communicatio including business and legal documents, presentatio and training materials into local language (from English or tralate from local language into English).

校队、编辑和修改翻译资料。检查原文和交流内容或与作者核实，保证翻译保留原材料的内容、含义和感觉， 并保证达曼与各类客户的有效交流。

Proof-read, edit and revise tralated materials. Eure Daymon’s communication with various level of people within the customer group are delivered properly by checking original texts and communicatio or confer with autho to eure that tralatio retain the content, meaning, and feeling of the original material

支持当地领导团队，保证公司新的战略举措和变化能向业务部门有效传达。

Support local leadehip to eure new strategic initiatives and changes from the company are effectively communicated to the account teams

与当地翻译服务商共事，并对其进行管理，保证翻译质量符合要求。

Work with and manage relatiohip with local tralation vendor to eure the deliverables meet the expectation of quality

协助负责中国区人力资源招聘事宜，与第三方人力资源公司合作完成人员招聘。

Assist and respoible for the staff hiring in China and work with third party company on New hiring issues.

协助中国区总经理处理日常行政工作。

Assist Head of China in the administrative work

理解公司间政策，并能够为顾客和合作方提供咨询。

Overall undetanding of intercompany politics and be able to act as a couel to customer and associates.

能够为严重影响重要客户关系的细微的文化差异提供建议。

Ability to advice on subtle cultural nuances which could seriously affect the relatiohip with key custome.

录用条件：

Recruitment Qualificatio:

A)经验要求Experience Required

拥有在原籍国以外的英语国家超过4年的企业和/或专业翻译机构的翻译经验；有6年经验者优先。

Minimum 3+ yea of in-house tralator experience and/or professional experience in an English speaking country outside home country; 6 yea preferred

学士学位；接受过高等翻译教育者优先。

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education in tralation preferred

有自由翻译者经历。

Freelance tralator experience

有当地公司或跨国公司工作经验。

Experience working with local companies as well as multinational companies.

有公开场合现场翻译的经验（会议、新闻发布会、采访等）。

Experience in delivering tralatio in front of large group (conference, press release, interview etc)

有零售业务或快消品行业翻译经验者优先。

Experience tralating in retail or FMCG industry preferred

中文和英文流利。

Fluent in Chinese and English

能够进行多种形式的英语和当地语言互译（连续翻译、同声翻译、耳语同传）。

Ability to deliver tralation from local language to English and vice vea in multiple forms of tralation (coecutive, simultaneous, whispering)

Perfect level of business language skill of local language (both verbal and written)

Ability to demotrate and maintain extreme level of professionalism in composure and communication
