Experience Required
1. Bachelo degree, MBA strongly preferred, Intermediate English a must
2. Minimum 3-5 yea experience in Marketing with leading CPG company or Coulting or Branding Agency.
3. Background from retail, FMCG or advertising

5. Very strong strategic agility and proven ability to develop brands from inception as well as viable and relevant brand strategy
6. Highly proficient user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Office and Excel
Duties, Respoibilities and Expected Contributio
1. Lead and develop marketing strategy and program initiatives to position Daymon Worldwide as the brand building expert in the Private Brand marketplace
2. Support Senior Manager – Marketing Strategy and above on key account need including strategic presentatio and top-to-tops
3. Works closely in collaboration across internal and external teams to develop coumer centric solutio that help generate incremental revenue and representation at our custome on a global basis
4. Work with Creative team providing clear direction and timely information and follow up on initiatives and activation programs
5. Lead and develop marketing strategy and program initiatives to position Daymon Worldwide as the brand building expert in the Private Brand marketplace
6. Partner with operatio leadehip, field marketing teams and business leads in the development and execution of proprietary brand strategies and programs that build our customer’s business
7. Interpret research and trends that impact the marketing strategy and develop actionable iights relevant to our customer’s business
8. Prepare and present to retail and supplier partne around the world at the most senior level
9. Works closely with the Strategic Planning and Iights team to collaborate on brand strategy, coumer undetanding and research driven branding programs
10. Participates in strategic ideation sessio, stimulates cross-departmental collaboration and leads long term strategic thinking
11.Identifies and presents recommendatio for organic growth of the customer portfolio
12.Conduct market audits and diagnostics in the field
