Respoibility:
To initiate, develop and manage sales in order to achieve sales target.
To conduct market scan, market survey and market development in a new started cities.
To manage and develop relatiohips with current and potential key accounts.
To manage distributor to keep them aligned with sales targets and market developments.
To manage sales team, including smart KPI setting, SFE tracking and people training.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree at least. Food Technology or Business Administration related is preferred.
10 yea sales experience in FMCG, food service industry and foreign company is preferred. At least 5 yea, over 20 people team management experience.
Fluent spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Office software expert.
Good leadehip, market iight, team ipiring and managing, negotiate skill and presentation skill, Respoible, accountable, smart, effective, mobile, willing to travel frequently.
