职责：

1.每天完成设备点检，厂房设施的巡检

2.发现设备存在安全隐患如漏水、漏气、漏油等能源损耗时，能按作业流程及时处理

If spot any equipment security issues, such as water, gas, or oil lead, can handle the problem effectively according to the standard procedure.

3. 每天做好当班的维修、维护记录，与接班人员交接本班设备状况

Can maintain the accurate maintenance record, and handed over to the next shift

4. 生产设备的维修、定期维护工作，在完成维修、维护工作时需清理现场，保持工作区域整洁有序

Get used to everyday equipment checking and debugging, have the see of keeping the working space tidy and clean.

5. 接到生产线报修请求时需10分钟内到现场处理，快速有效处理设备故障，如30分钟无法完成需通知工程师

Can manage the quick equipment debugging within 10 minutes as requested, need to notify the engineer if the request cannot be fulfilled within 30 minutes.

6. 根据定期维护检修的日程安排进行周期性的维护，并根据保养的内容要求严格执行并做好设备保养记录

Can periodically check the equipment maintaining schedule, and record them correctly

7. 分析故障出现的根本原因，并给工程师提供预防性的建议，提高维修质量

Can provide suggestio and advices for engineer to improve the product quality

8. 合理更换备品备件，减少维护成本

Effectively allocate the budget

9. 注意挂牌上锁等安全程序，注重作业过程中的安全问题

Have the awareness of safety procedure in production.

10. 协助维护工程师对产品、生产过程和质量体系中出现的任何问题采取预防措施

Have the see in precaution of product maintaining, assist the product engineer in Quality control

11. 完成部门指派的各项任务

Can successfully accomplish the designated goals from department assignment

1.中专以上学历，机械或相关专业优先

Obtain the Senior High School Certificate or Equivalent, prefer major in mechanics or technicia

2.三年以上端子压接设备、SMT设备、和汽车组装线及测试设备维护检验优先

Had at least three year experience in working with SMT, Crimping or dispeing equipment.

3.熟悉机械和电气知识，有维修电工证优先

Known the knowledge of mechanics and electric engineering, prefer someone has the related degree
