职位描述:
1.整理各类文件、档案并做好分类和记录;
Make classification of different kinds of documents, files and take records.
2.会务安排:做好会前准备、会议记录和会后内容整理工作;同时做好翻译工作;
Conference arrangements: meeting preparation, Meeting minutes taking, and interpreting if necessary.
3.负责总经理行程安排,订机票、订餐和公司文件翻译等日常工作;
GM’s daily schedule, travel arrangement, air ticket booking, restaurant setting and some related tralation job.
4.起草并拟定公司报告、通知、请示、计划、决定等文字材料;
Draft company’s notes, reports, business plan, GM’s decision etc.
5.协助上级联系客户和供应商;
Assist GM to contact with custome and supplie.
6.协助其他部门,能做好承上启下的桥梁;
Assist different department, working as a bridge between GM and department Heads.
7.完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
Fulfill other jobs assigned by GM.
任职资格:Requirements:
1.要求英语专业、商务英语,涉外文秘或其他与英语/文秘/商务相关的专业;
Majoring in English, business english or foreign secretary.
2.因公司是外资,要求具备较强的英语听、说、读、写和翻译能力;
Strong ability of english listening, speaking, reading, writing and tralating.
3.具备较强的文字撰写能力和较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力;
Skilled in writing, strong ability to communicating and great expressing ability
4. 熟练使用WORD/EXCEL/PPT等办公软件;
Skilled in office software WORD/EXCEL/PPT etc.
5. 工作认真细致,有耐心,乐于学习,有上进心;
Detailed-oriented, patient and positive, have strong see of improving heelf.
6. 有行政秘书或助理类工作经验者优先;
Ladies and experienced secretary/ assistant will be given precedence.
7.要求至少有2年的工作经验;
At least 2 yea working experience in the same position
