职位描述:
Key Respoibilities
1.Staffing
-Proactively participate in division China AOP headcount planning, support commercial leade with headcount deployment
-Work with line manager to facilitate hiring approval process, participate in interview process as required, assist central staffing team with salary proposal and offer
2.Organization Development
-Provide coultation to commercial leade on people and organization development
-Provide coultation and assistance for people issues, such as coaching in leadehip, facilitate in PIP, etc.
3.Performance Management
-PMD process: leading the process implementation in division, provide necessary training or coultation, audit the quality and give feedback to management team
-HRR process: assist commercial leade to complete their HRR process for their direct reports; participate in the HRR review with China President; follow up the defined actio
4.C&B
-With the guidance of central C&B, complete total compeation process for division
-Support commercial leade and manage to make out-cycle salary decisio
5.Employee Service
-Work with ES team to eure employee data accuracy
-Respoible for position code management and facilitate all the position change process
-Eure that all new hires have a good on-boarding process, this includes prepare for on-boarding process, monitor probation period and implement necessary orientation program
6.Employee Relation
-Connect with employees and business manage closely, undetand and address their needs and concer and give feedback to central HR teams
-Respoible for employee relatiohip relevant issues, incl. labor law coultation, and employee communication related activities
Education & Experience
?Bachelor or above degrees, 2to 3 y working experience in multi-national companies
?HR Generalist or HR business partner experience supporting commercial organizatio
?Business acumen, great partnering and communicating skills
?Strong knowledge and experience in HR tools, processes and systems
?Excellence in English skills and computer skills
?Excellent communication and influencing skills
