Main Job Respoibilities:

1. Work with Asia all business function use to collect, analyze and document their IT related business needs, and kick off the IT project based on the business needs;

2.Deliver business changes within budget and timeframe by using IT project management methodologies

3.Coordinate with Corporate IT team to deploy global initiative projects in Asia region;

4.Deliver trainings to end use as required by business;

5.Take second level application supporting role following global IT service process;

6.Best practice sharing with Corporate IT team or cross-country IT teams;

7.Programming/ BI reports as required by business;

8. Daily IS tickets (ERP, SharePoint) trouble shooting.

Expected Skills & Qualificatio:

1. Bachelor degree with major in Computer Systems or Computer Engineering

2. 5+ yea work experience as system or business analyst in multinational manufacturing company. Familar with manufacturing operation business flow and IT internal control framework COBIT; ERP experience (BPCS/LX or SAP) is a plus.

3.Broad knowledge and trouble shooting skills in IT application area such as ERP, SharePoint, EDI, BI tools, familiar with MS products, like: Excel, Infopath, Report Builder etc.; Strong SQL skills are required.

4.Strong communication skills; able to tralate and present complex business requests to both IT and non-IT audiences at all levels in a peuasive and convincing manner;

5. Experience in IT project management and change management tools and methodologies such as PMP, Prince 2;

6. Profiency in oral and written English, able to work with cross-country IT teams with different time zones.
