This role is respoible for the system, network and telecom support for Asia region, eure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software, and provide service to internal custome.

- Provide the fitecond level support to IT infrastructure including system, network, telecome and Windows AD support for all Aisa sites;

- Monitor system/LAWAinternet servide and eure network reliability.

- Create and Maintain technical documents/guide/manual.

- Coordinate with global IT team to roll out infrastructure projects across Asia.

- Daily trouble shooting and problem solving.

Expected skills & qualificatio:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major;

- Minimum 5 yea' relevant IT work experience in international companies, manufacturing industry preferred.

- Strong knowledge on Windows 2008/2012 server, SCCM management and Virtualization.

- Familar with LAWAN network infrastructure (switching, routing);

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines;

- Attention to details and quickly learn new technologies and tools;

- Good written and spoken English.
