Job Description:

？ Provide strategic, managerial, and scientific leadehip in Biologic Discovery Programs with area of, but not limited to, antibody discovery, molecular biology, assay development, biologics generation and screening; be respoible for monoclonal antibody generation, characterization, and humanization

？ Be respoible for strategy and implementation of activities, and is ultimately respoible for the quality of the work and its interpretation.

？ Be respoible for coordination of functional area respoibilities in the context of matrix project team environment.

？ Establish pharmacology goals, timelines, and deliverable, and further develop a growing pre-clinical pharmacology group into a highly-functional team

Requirements:

？ PhD or advanced degree in biologic discovery or pharmaceutical related sciences.

？ Minimum 5 yea experience in biologic and antibody discovery with solid knowledge and skills at molecular cloning, antibody phage display technology and other biologics related technology.

？ Must have an outstanding record of successful research, including publicatio in peer-reviewed journals.

？ Demotrated ability to guide groups through corporate change and growth.

？ Interactive and collaborative approach; expert influence and conflict resolution skills are a must.

？ The successful candidate must have a strategic orientation, while also euring that all tactical details are managed efficiently and effectively.
