Job Purpose
Primary purpose of the role – briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:
The position should eure full undetanding of SOP (most updated), compliance and the operating process of all the clients to guarantee the quality and attitude of customer service.
Key Accountabilities
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1 Be respoible for the day to day work within the team and eure the timely and proactive communication with custome and other related parties.
2 Have a detailed knowledge of customer requirement and SOP, eure operation is conducted in accordance with the SOP.
3 Eure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met.
4 Cooperate with Key Accounts Management (CAM) for custome within their operatio.
5 Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.
6 Work with custome and vendo to improve our performance and service.
7 Continuously search for and support the most cost efficient solutio.
8 Assist Logitech factory for the storage and inventory management, monitor loading quality to avoid loading risk.
?Knowledge, Experience & Skills
The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:
Education & Qualificatio
College degree or above with Ocean Freight , Traportation or Logistics background
Experience
Minimum 1 year similar working experience in a multi-national freight forwarding company
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese
Interpeonal & Communication Skills
Good knowledge of negotiation and Organizing skill
Excellent communication skill and interpeonal skill
