岗位职责:
As Customer service role to communicate with external and internal party to execute daily operation, system, documentation and billings.
1.Daily communication with oveeas, counterparties and customer for shipment operation handle and related documentation process.
2.Received PRE-ALERT from origin, communicate with origin and coignee, well note each shipments’ shipment terms.
3.Profit and loss / duty and taxes closely follow up with origin.
4.System completed, statement completed with coignee, local agent etc.
5.Monthly billing for those key account.
6.AR follow up.
7.Other duties as assigned.
任职条件要求:
1.Familiar with freight forwarding operation
2.College level or above
3.At least 2 or more year air / ocean operation experience in freight forwarding industry
4.Mandarin and English language proficiency
5.Good interpeonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
6.Computer literate(Can use Office soft like Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint )
