Duties and Respoibilities

Review Solutio for RFQ:

- Review and validate the process design to eure the process efficiency.

- Review the cost model to eure it meets the plant requirements.

- Invoved in quotation process and provide necessary support.

Project Process Management after Nomination:

- Involved in the project budget making and project planning.

- Lead the project matrix team in the plant to enure an efficient project implementation.

- Lead phase meeting to eure the phase gate pass-through.

- Manage the project process in line with APQP requirements.

- Eure successful production setup in the plant.

- Eure succesful production launch and trafer to the plant operation team.

- Lead project QRQC and ECR.

Project Engineering:

- Lead process optimization.

- Coordinate prototype making and validation.

- Lead PFEMA.

- Lead equipment receving, istallation and adjustment.

Other and Specific Misio:

- Eure full respect of HSE rules and regulatio.

- Eure traparent and timely communication with N+1 Manager.

- Assist the Manager , as appropriate, in the delivery of their respoibilities.

Position Qualification & Key Competencies

- Knowhow of the chasssis production process.

- Knowhow of welding process, welding robot and CNC.

- Naster company project management process and method.

- Familiar with customer project development process.

- Quality Knowhow on APQP, PFAMA, QRQC, TS 16949,etc.

- Matrix Team Communication and management skills.

- Bachelor degree (or above) in engineering.

- At least 5 yea experiences on project or technology management.

- Stable peonality, good working attitude, high see of respoibility. Self-learning ability.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
