PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Lead team to properly plan resource such as material and capacity to meet and/or exceed customer’s expectation

DUTIES & RESPOIBILITIES:

Drive all related functio work together to properly utilize resource to meet and/or exceed customer’s expectation;

Drive for meeting Billing target, reducing overdue backlog;

Support team member to work with upstream better undetand the agreement between the company and Customer for further implementation;

Review and analyze customer demand/order patter and provide cotructive suggestion for raw material buffer set up to shorten LT to market;

Work together with Site Supply Planner and Global Demandupply Planning team to review demand pattern and supply strategy accordingly;

Monitor and review MPD, CRD, Publish LT, Taken LT and take action accordingly to improve it;

Lead team to timely itruct buye on raw material incoming date and qty in order to manage inventory properly;

Order cancellatiopush out, Potential S&E analysis, drive Sales guys to take timely action;

Review current process and practice and lead team to improve its efficiency;

Explore SAP utilization rate by working with RIT/MIS, etc.

Best practice sharing with sister plants;

Coach, develop and ipire team membe;

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Integrity & Compliance;

Strong logic thinking capability, very good at Excel skills, Macro skills is a plus;

Familiar with SAP system structure and operation;

Good interpeonal skills and team work spirit;

Good in People management;

Adapt to change and willing to take the challenge

Can communicate in English fluently (Including Speaking, writing capability, etc)

The capability working under dynamic environment;
