Respoibilities and duties (include but not limited to the followings):
?Weekly key store and top SKU tracking
?Monthly promotion plan collection and discount strategy plan
?Account authorization seasonal review
?Assist line manager to coolidate the market visit PPT & sales forecast
?Seasonal Biz review & Order review & ST review
?Monthly KA meeting
?Develops with PD top style list pla, creates alignment with account and leads the execution to accounts
?Sets KPI’s by format, BU, branch, sub branch and door cluster and leads this towards the account
?Leads and executes seasonal OTB pla with the account and territories
Requirements:
?College degree required or above
?At least 3 yea working experience in sports or relevant company
?Experience in sales report in terms of sales, sock & sell in reports
?Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and peuasive sales presentatio
?Solid undetanding of sales programs, policies and procedures
?Proven track record of problem resolution with complex business issues
?In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and business planning
?Ability to peuade and influence people to take desired action
?Exceptional communication skills
?Passion of sports and products
