1.Bachelo Degree and above . Major : photoelectric or optical communication.

2.At least 3 yea background in optical active module Engineering (such as EDFA, Traceiver, Optical switch etc)

3.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

4.Positive attitude, coordination ability ,can follow the deployment
