任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信、电力、自动控制相关专业

2、熟悉至少一种处理器的体系架构，如MCS-51，NXP，Freescale或ST的CORTEX-M0，CORTEX-M3，CORTEX-M4，ARM7等；

3、具备阅读电路原理图的能力，具备模拟电路和数字电路基础；

4、 熟练运用C、C++，具有一定的汇编语言基础；熟悉常用的嵌入式开发平台，如KEIL、IAR；

5、了解固件可靠性设计与故障处理方法，有固件所在设备量产的经验；

6、 熟悉常用接口协议，如I2C、SPI、USART/UART、USB、CAN、Ethernet、MMCDIO；

7、 熟悉模拟信号采集、信号处理算法及固件实现方法；

8、 具有EDFA设计开发经验的可优先考虑；

9、具有SFP,CFP2等相关产品开发经验的可优先考虑；

10、英语水平良好，可根据英文技术文档进行开发工作；

11、可做到自我激励，有责任心，工作积极主动，具有良好的沟通表达能力，良好的团队合作精神，严谨的开发态度，学习能力强。

职位描述：

1、设计和开发光纤通信产品相关固件；

2、编写固件开发文档和操作说明书；

3、联合软硬件设计人员进行系统集成测试、调试与验证。

Firmware Engineer Requirements:

1．BS or above degree in computer, electronics, communication, electricity or auto control engineering related area ;

2．At least experience with one of the MCU system framework, ex. MCS-51, NXP, Freescale or ST CORTEX-M0, CORTEX-M3, CORTEX-M4, ARM7 etc. ;

3．Have the ability to read circuit diagram, knowledge of analog circuit and digital circuit basis;

4．Professional in C/C++ programming language required, assembly language is a plus.

5．Excellent debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills;

6．Good at the commonly used interface protocols: I2C、SPI、USART/UART、USB、CAN、Ethernet、MMCDIO etc. ;

7．Familiar with the analog signal acquisition, signal processing algorithms and the firmware implementation method;

8．With EDFA design and development experience is preferred;

9．With SFP, CFP2 and related product development experience is preferred;

10．Excellent communicatio skills in English, can work with team in global, international customer support may be required.

11．Can be self-motivated, respoible, proactive, good communication skills, good team cooperation spirit, the development of rigorous attitude, strong learning ability.

Job Description:

2.Write test method and test record for various tests, review related test methods and documents.
