Positio岗位名称：Venue Shift Leader 门店领班

JD 职位描述：

1、Lead the staff to make the dinner ready and eure quality standards

带领员工认真做好餐前准备，确保质量标准；

2、After a formal meal, supervise the server to do service work earnestly and peonally participate in service work

正式开餐后，督导服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作；

3、Timely tracking, examination table, bar, to correct the unqualified place and correct them

及时跟踪、检查餐桌、吧台，对不合格的地方进行指正、改正；

4、Care about the serving speed of tables and bar to control the serving speed

及时对餐台、吧台出品速度、情况了解，控制出品速度；

5、Organize timely clean, tidy up the table to keep the restaurant in a clean,good environment

餐后组织服务员及时清台，整理好餐厅桌椅卫生，保持餐厅整洁和环境良好；

6、Check the menu with the kitchen leader to eure accuracy

与厨房核对菜单项目，确保准确性；

7、Handles guests requests and complaints, if necessary. Handles Guests reservatio and special requests.

解决客人的问题和投诉，接受客人的预定和帮助解决客人的一些特别要求；

8、To supervise the server earnestly implement the rules and regulatio

督导服务员认真落实门店规章制度；

9、To do employees' attendance statistics and training work

做好员工考勤、培训工作。

Requirements任职要求：

1. Junior college or above, major in hotel management or English related major is preferred

大专及以上学历，酒店管理或英语相关专业优先考虑；

2. Age 24 yea of age or older, healthy body, can adapt shift work

年龄24岁以上，身体健康，能适应倒班工作；

3. Rich working experience in western restaurant front service, good English, can communicate with foreign custome fluently;

丰富的西餐厅前场服务工作经验，英语良好，能和外籍顾客流利沟通；

4. Belowed, honest and trustworthy, bea hardships and stands hard work, treat othe friendly, smiling, enthusiastic, and optimistic.

五官端正，正直守信，吃苦耐劳，对待他人友好，微笑，热情，开朗。
