Job Purpose
Develops world-class team of restaurant crew membe through recruitment, training and retention actio in order to provide excellent restaurant operatio and customer service on the highest level. Manages a restaurant during General Manager's absence.
Accountabilities
1.Hospitality Focus: Is a role model for manage and the restaurant team in creating highly satisfied guests; foste a passion for peonalized/attentive service; coaches and empowe team to both prevent and recover from service problems; resolves guest issues quickly and professionally; manages conflict effectively.
2.Successfull shift manager: creates a positive, stable, work environment where people want to perform at their best; corrects uafe practices or conditio; is aware of and communicates all potential product shortages; promotes and manages restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation; provides right direction to employees.
3.Maintai Systems: Eures product quality and food safety by coistently conducting thorough line checks; proactively recruits, selects and retai quality employees by adhering to company hiring/training guidelines; utilizes available resources and systems.
4.Communicates Effectively: keeps GM or Area GM aware of all critical issues; conducts effective briefiengs; performs one-on-ones coistently to let employees know where they stand; foste an open environment with two-way communication; utilizes the appropriate mode of communication as needed.
5.Feedback: Appropriately recognizes employees contributio; monito acceptable performance and documents situatio that require or could lead to a corrective action; provides candid/fair feedback routinely; works with employees on their areas of development.
6.AODOS+: create a best team and customer service at optimal cost levels (people); provide best product quality at optimal cost levels (product function), best store cleanliness and maintenance at optimal cost levels(facility function).Manages costs of assigned function effectively; reports progress toward achieving objectives; holds self and othe accountable for achieving results; formulates short/long-term goals; solicits and shares best practices;
7.Reliable: Develops goals and action pla for peonal/professional growth; exhibits a professional image; completes all assignments and duties properly and on schedule; exhibits ethical behavior and integrity at all times and is coidered approachable; is prepared for and participates in management meetings; shows initiative and motivated to accept new challenges.
Requirements
1. A hands-on, can-do attitude when actively managing all aspects of a barestaurant for profitability
2. Thorough undetanding of how to manage, guide and motivate staff for expected results
3. Ability to work as a team across multiple cultures
4. Ability to market and promote venues to local and international clientele
5. A fun outgoing peonality – able to interact effectively with our customer base and deliver genuine and memorable service.
6. Strong communication and organization skills
7. Relevant work experience, more than 5 yea related working experience
8. Excellent language skills both English and Chinese
