Main Job Respoibilities :

1)Liaise with functional or operational area manager(for example in sales,production,or engineering)to undetand their current and anticipated demand for goods and materials and develop pla, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activities.

2)Evaluate and select supplie and negotiate terms for major purchases; commit to purchases ;commit to purchases(within established limits of authority) that are in the organisation’s best interest.

3)Mainly respoible for the purchasing of tooling,fixture ,plant equipment project localization,this posisition may require to do other MRO purchaing in the plant.

4）Analyse and evaluate external price trends and new product offerings to identify opportunities to reduce overall purchasing costs .

5)Select, and manage ongoing relatiohips with, major supplie, vendo, or sub-contracto to eure that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.

6)Lead,direct,evaluate,and develop a team of purchasing staff to eure that the team"s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.

7)Sign Quality agreement with each supplier.

Job Requirements :

一）Education Required

Univeity diploma or above

二）Experience Rquired

1)More than 3 yea equivalent experience no matter in Manufacturing process as mechacinal engineer or in purchasing function as purchasing engineer.

2) Mechanical background , such as ability to read printings is a must for this position .

3) SAP experience is a plus

4) Good skiill in English both in oral and written.
