职位描述:
- Support and work closely with HR manager, North China in HR overall function including recruitment, Learning & Development, Compeation & Benefit, recognition and staffing etc.
- Take charge in recruitment in TAO, meanwhile support urgent or big hiring project for North or other Operation Unit within Great China.
- Build and develop recruitment channel, maintain good relatiohip with college, employment agencies and local internet-recruitment agencies.
- Select effective recruitment channels and tools, conducts interviews and assessments to find out the right peon for the right position.
- Communicate closely with HODtation manager to undetand their needs and demand for talent.
- Screening candidates, recommend shortlist to HODtation manager, arrange and implement phone interview or face to face interview.
- Making reference check and issuing offe after approval
- Track recruitment performance regularly and measures its effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
- Itruct and receive on-board new employee.
- Participate in drafting job descriptio and update it regularly.
- Follow up HR relevant contract approval process.
- Update and file relevant training documents, reports and record to eure an organized database of training management.
- Eure all training and recruitment procedure is performed in compliance with company policy, labor laws and regulatio
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Knowledge of Human resource management.
- Have knowledge storage of contract logistics and freight management optimization.
- Knowledge of National and Local labor law.
- Good presentation and coaching skills, ability to deliver relevant orientation and training to employee.
- Possess excellent communication and interpeonal skills
- At least 3 yea relevant experience in campus recruitment and training in relevant industry
- High level of initiative, a willingness to learn and should be capable working independently
- Professional interviewing skills, with modern interview concept.
- Strong analysis; negotiation and interpeonal skills.
- Well developed ability to work independently.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree in HR, business management or related major.
- More than 3 yea working experience in multination company and at least 2 yea in recruiting and training Function, have trainer experience is preferred.
Certificatio and Licees (Optional but advantageous)
Languages and Communication Skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in Mandarin & English,
- Good communication skills,
- Ability to rapidly assimilate information and respond question.
Computer Skills
- Fundamental PC skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, net meeting.
