岗位职责:

1. Performing clinical duties as general practitioner (i.e. compreheive examination, x-rays, restoratives, root canal treatment, extractio, crown and bridges, scaling, teeth whitening and etc.) to adults and children

作为一个全科医生为成人和儿童进行临床治疗（即全面检查，X光片，修复，根管治疗，拔牙，牙冠牙桥，洁牙，牙齿美白等）

2. Maintaining a steady flow of patients by oveeeing day-to-day booking and by monitoring patient recalls

通过日常预定和患者回访来维持一个稳定的患者流量。

3. Training and managing staff to maintain a high standard of dental care in a warm and friendly environment

训练和管理员工以保证牙科护理在一个高标准的温暖友好的环境里进行。

4. Dealing with any patient complaints that may arise as a result of dental treatment, miscommunication, billing, etc.

处理在牙科治疗中可能出现的任何因病人沟通不畅，计费等导致的投诉。

5. Participating community activities to promote dental care

参与社区活动，以促进牙齿保健

6. Attending practice on some weekends including Sundays

在某些周末参加实践活动，包括周日。

任职资格:

1. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Dental美国牙科医学委员会认证 （或等同）

OR 或 Chinese physician practice licee 中国医师资格证及执业证

2. Doctor of dentistry degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of dentistry.

从正规牙医学院校获得牙医医学学位(或同等学位)。

3. Completion of residency training in Dental at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairpeon and Chief Medical Officer

在医院完成牙科住院医师培训，培训项目需得到部门主任和首席医疗官的任可。

4. Minimum 5 yea experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred

优先考虑：完成住院医培训后具有至少5年临床经验。
