Leads NPI project teams in the effective application of PLC process by mea of sound project management principles and techniques to achieve NPI project success.

? Mainly will focus on day to day project leader, identifying critical paths and the priorities iide the same phase including risk identification and mitigation.

? Apply the PLC process structure listed in this procedure and the effective execution on every phase including the associated gate reviews.

? Communication with customer limited to program technical discussio that are not business related.

? Euring internal and external customer, regulatory and statutory requirements are complied with.

? Euring all NPI deliverables for the project have been met at every phase gate review and that the project is ready to be traferred to production.

? Proper communication and execution are necessary for the success of the NPI process; in case is necessary escalation of issues must be applied and issues to be expeditiously resolved.

? Global PMO is respoible to maintain and approve this procedure.
