Job description:

- Monitoring and management of project performance to achieve pla in terms of cost / economical performance, quality, time.

- Use and report with LPM tools and techniques (planning,ARGP, SLI …) according to the PM templates.

- Collaborate with Functional manage to eure project delivery in line with project objectives

- Manage and utilise Project core-team to eure standards and objectives are achieved.

- Eure Project core-team has a clear undetanding of their role and respoibilities.

- Identify performance deviatio and develop action pla to address.

- Review Training Requirements and Training effectiveness for customer specific requirements.

- Guide Project core-team to achieve overall objectives and maximise performance.

- Behave as a role model to Team demotrating appropriate managerial behaviour

- Empower and continuously motivate team, set clear and realistic direction.

- Aid effective decision making.

- Eure Project core team have clear undetanding of relevant policies and procedures in accordance with TS16949, LEONI AG and other legislative requirements.

- Support and implementation of measures for improvement

- Conduct and moderate weekly project meetings.

- Attend other relevant meetings, : PMC, PVC …

- Continuously provide information to team membe in accurate and undetandable manner.

- Develop integration and network support between internal and external departments and businesses.

- Continuously improve team performance through lesso learned.

- Report to custome on project progress and conformance using methods and formats prescribed by custome

- Be respoible of the general project results for the customer

- Be the leader of the project core team in front of the customer

- Adherence to agreed Budgets, headcounts etc

- Monitor and achieve project Business Plan objectives

- Implementation of LEONI standards and guidelines

- Support and promote LPS elements.

- Awareness of and adherence to all quality standards and guidelines

- Compliance with health and safety regulatio

- Strive for continuous improvement through CIP

Qualificatio required:

- Preferred Technical or business management specific Bachelor Degree / membehip of technical or PM

related ititution / Professional qualification, Master Degree on business management will be appreciate

- Electrical or mechanical or production Engineering

- 5 yea in product development projects.

- Chinese,English are mandatory, French or German will be appreciate

- MS-Office(Work, Excel, Power Point, MS-Project)

- Proven previous project experience

- Previous managerial experience (direct or indirect)

- Team player acting as adviser / coach.

- Interpeonal skills to resolve people related issues.

- Capable of writing factual, concise reports and recommendatio on complex issues on behalf of the Company.

- Well developed Presentation, interpeonal communication and negotiation skills.
