具体要求：

1.graduated from Vocational school and above

中专及以上学历

2.2 yea work experience in a gage/CMM position

至少两年检具或CMM岗位工作经验

3.Must be computer and software literate and be able to program/operate

the CMM with three-dimeional software.

熟练操作计算机，有三坐标编程操作经验（蔡斯机或Metrology软件经验的优先）

4.Blueprint reading，Englishi reading skill

能看懂设计图，有英文阅读能力

5.Patient, team-work,hard-working

有耐心，具团队合作精神，工作刻苦

岗位职责：

1.Providing accurate and reliable dimeional data as required, utilizing standard metrology techniques (optical comparator, surface plate, linear measurement devices) as well as more advanced systems such as the Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Comparator.

2.Provide accurate ipection information as it pertai to PPAP

3.Set up parts on CMM, run ipection routines, enter data analyze and maintain customer SPC programs as required by PPAP

4.Perform gauge calibration to pre-determined standards

5.Identify and report tooling or gauging deficiencies as compared with drawings, specs, or technical standards

6.Provide information and assist with problem solving activities

7.Maintain and assure conformance of ass associated policies and procedures in accordance with TS 16949

8.Maintain the organization and cleanliness of CMM Lab

9.Maintain data on the environment in the CMM Lab

10.Maintain GaugePack system and manage the internal and external calibration of measuring itruments.

11.Other duties as assigned by manager
