职位描述:
Respoibilities:
1. Maintain and expand recruitment channels to enhance candidate talent pool and utilize them for effective recruitment.
2.Filter candidates based on departmental requirements, phone screen and arrange interviews.
3.Become familiar with the level and availability of talent within the game industry to recruit employees to meet company demands.
4.Assist in improving and perfecting our recruitment system.
5.Assitst in handing employee relatiohip
6.Perform other related tasks, as needed.
Qualificatio & Skills:
1. hold a Minimum of a Bachelor degree in human resources or related management field.
2.4+ yea recruitment experience and at least 2 yea recruitment experience in the IT industry. Previous experience in the game industry is preferred.
3.Familiar with recruitment channels for IT talent, proficiency in various recruitment tools.
4.Familiar with labor law and relevant state laws and regulatio.
5. be an ambitious and respoible team player with great communication skills. be able to work in a high pressure work environment.
岗位职责:
1、维护、拓展招聘渠道,完善并有效管理公司人才库;
2、根据各部门的用人需求,筛选简历,电话预约及面试;
3、分析行业人才状况,按时保质地满足公司用人需要;
4、协助招聘体系的改进和完善;
5、协助进行员工关系管理
6、其他安排的相关事宜。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源等管理类专业;
2、2年以上招聘经验,至少1年以上IT行业招聘经验,有游戏行业工作背景者优先;
3、熟悉IT技术人才招聘和渠道,能熟练使用各种招聘工具;
4、熟悉劳动法和国家相关法律法规
5、良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神,具有责任心和上进心,能在一定压力下工作;
6、可以适应全英文工作环境
