Quality Manager Position

Position Overview:

to reduce wastes in the Company and increase customer satisfaction

Working Location:

50% in workshop, 50% in office

Main Respoibilities:

1. Eure Internal Quality Rate is more than 70%

2. Eure Customer Retur rate is less than 4%

3. Alert & Stop production on time to avoid wastes

4. Enforce quality procedures to assist problem resolution

5. Take decision: screen, accept, derogate, scrap, to unblock material daily

6. Manage the Quality controlling team to evaluate operato QC skill & decide coequent accordingly.

Skill Requirement:

1. English fluency is required, French could be a plus

2. Mechanic Major required

3. Trouble Shooting ability required
