This position have full respoibilities for a full scale capacity while this position's major respoibility is to develop and lead the production team and develop manufacturing processes to deliver designated products and fulfill customer needs.

This position will work closely with material/logistic team to eure on time delivery, and with the quality team to achieve coistent quality performances through quality build-in manufacturing processes.

1. Be respoible for the manufacturing of products in compliance with Company’s quality and quantity targets.

2. Identify bottlenecks and take necessary decision to open them.

3. Recruit, organize training, evaluate performance, and develop the production team to reach Company requirement.

4. Measuring, setting targets and achieving employee’s productivity, efficiency, and objectives.

5. Build the safe and morale environment for employees.

6. Organize and control the equipment , tool usage and maintenance to avoid blocking and missing.

7. Analyzing delivery issues and providing solutio.

8. Organizing and directing worke for satisfying production requirement in a cost-efficient manner.

9. Respoibility for 5S throughout the plant.

10. Eure the work itructioOP, quality control pla, standard work are followed by the production team.

11. Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the production through improvements to each operation.

12. Lead Kaizen activities to provide effective continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering.

2. Around 10 yea work experience in plant environment and 3-5 yea of plant management experience.

3. Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

4. Experience leading/managing a team.

5. High-level leadehip and decision-making skills.

6. Able to motivate, influence, and train people.

7. Able to interact with all professionals.

8. Excellent verbal, interpeonal and written communication skills.

9. Good conflict resolution skill.

10. Knowledge with ERP tools.

11. Fluent English.
