Job Respoibilities:

工作职责:

1.Develop test standards or new method for PV module component such as backsheet and encapsulating materials (EVA or POE) according to market requirement.

2.Handle the assigned projects. Make test plan, supervise project process and analyze test specifics according to standards

3.Completion of test reports and project related documentation

4.Technical meeting with clients if necessary

5.Keep contacting with clients to awer or explain clients’ inquires. And collecting clients’ expectation regarding project / service.

6.Technical support for the sales and marketing actio

7.Other assignment arranged by the superior

Requirements

岗位要求:

1.Bachelor degree or above in the material physics, chemistry or other related discipline

2.More than 2 yea working experiences in PV module component testing lab or materials testing in manufacturer, experiences in backsheet or encapsulating materials (EVA or POE) is highly preferred

3.Familiar with IEC or industrial standards in the field of backseet or encapsulating materials (EVA or POE), experience in establishment of test specification is preferred.

4.Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines

5.Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred

6.Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
