职位描述:
Job Respoibilities:
1.Complete job posting for all appropriate positio.
2.Conduct CV screening and interview to shortlist qualified candidates.
3.Lead and Respoible for on and off boarding, and internal trafer processes
4.Contract preparation and renewal & probation expiry reminding
5.Peonal file management with no error.
6.Maintain and update HRIS systems
7.Act as back up of Attendance record management
8.Provide other HR support as requested
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources management or relevant.
2.At least 3 yea’ relevant experience in HR recruitment function
3.Familiar with recruitment procedure and process, have campus recruiting experience.
4.Well undetanding of China Labor Law and local peonnel and labor regulatio.
5.Fluent in English speaking and writing.
6.PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required, undetanding of HRIS is a plus
7.Detail oriented with can-do attitude, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
