b. Respoibility
As a vehicle NVH CAE engineer, you will berespoible for NVH CAE analysis of BIW, trim body, full vehicle, subsystemsand components. This is a very hands-on position. You’re expected toparticipate in building the trimmed body and be able to prepare and modify FEAmodels for analysis.
A high level of performance is expected in a veryhigh-paced environment. The engineer is expected to provide design solutio toaddress NVH issues. You will be part of a team providing world class NVHsolutio. Finite element meshing and model assembly using AA or other Pre processing tools. Handle NVH analysis with Nastran (body-in-white, trimmed body) e.g. static/dynamic stiffness, local dynamic stiffness, acoustic and vibration seitivity. Post process with META/Animator or other software and report our results at regular review meetings and generate report on work. Detect the key structure to improve vehicle performance, coider effective countermeasures, confirm their effects with CAE, and propose them to the designe. The job also involves coordinating and managing CAE activities with our Headquarter in Germany or other Branch offices worldwide.
