职位描述:
Major Respoibilities and Objectives:
1.Proactively develop and execute the leasing strategies from national and local aspects, aiming to stimulate tenant’s optimization as well as footfall in the shopping mall, finally to meet the KPI every quarter.
2. Create and maintain good working relatiohip with relevant tenants, agents and other relevant third parties to enhance tenant’s loyalty.
3. Analyze market trends to establish rental levels and coumer behavior to support HQ leasing team.
4. Formulates & reviews leasing strategy, tenant mix and commercial terms for management’s coideration.
5. Conduct necessary training to junior team membe on daily work.
6. Provide leasing and management input to other departments of the company and shareholde (if necessary) when required.
Skills, Qualificatio and Experience Requirements:
1.A bachelor degree with 5 yea’ post qualification experience in leasing with reputable organizatio.
2. Familiar with both local and international retail brands, especially on customer experience oriented ones such as food and beverage, sports and health, children, entertainment and etc, with successful track records
3. Exposure in working with foreign companies in the PRC, and in liaising with international prospects would be required.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, interpeonal and leadehip skills.
5. Strong see of market, and attention to details.
6. Good Mandarin is required, and fluent English is preferred.

4. 制定并定期审查招商策略,商户组合及商业条款,汇报管理层决策。
5. 针对初级团队成员进行日常工作的必要培训和指导。
6. 如需要,为公司其他部门及董事会提供招商管理方面的资料。
技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求:
1. 本科学位,5年以上本行业知名公司工作经验。
2. 熟悉本土及国际零售商及品牌并具有可考察的业绩,尤其是以消费者体验为导向的商户业态,如餐饮,运动健康,儿童亲子及娱乐等。
3. 具有外资企业工作背景, 并有国际化视角。
4. 优秀的商务谈判和语言沟通能力,良好的人际交往和领导能力。
5. 具备强烈的市场触觉,关注细节。
6. 普通话流利, 英语口语流利者优先。
