职位描述:
主要工作职责及目标:
1.积极制定推广策略并执行相应计划。推广活动方案应符合目标受众,具国际化、富有创意从而促进消费需求并提升消费额;
2.根据市场部主导的活动推荐、策划、并监管促销活动,增加活动的吸引力和消费者粘性;
3.准确识别潜在消费群,并对现有消费群体进行分析;定期收集推广活动反馈信息(前期/中期/后期)以达到预定的KPI指标;
4.带领新媒体团队负责数字促销推广平台的开发和管理,从而提高消费水平;
5.管理年度推广预算;
6.准备推广促销的相关资料,并对市场部主导的活动、公关活动以及相关合作伙伴的活动进行支持。
关键工作任务及活动:

2.负责各类活动经费的分析及审核,并对预算进行控制;管理年度推广方案预算;
3.负责与供应商、租户和战略业务合作伙伴建立长期联络与合作,确保顺利实现全年既定业务目标;
4.开发并维护数字推广平台,如:微信服务号,LBS平台, App(s)和 CRM 项目;
5.负责每月推广活动数据及报表的管理,定期进行消费者调查数据分析;
6.对推广团队进行有效的管理;
7.管理年度推广预算。
技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求:
1.市场策划或相关专业本科以上学历;
2.至少具有3-5年以上相关经历;有商场零售业或电子商务工作经验者优先;
3.具备优秀的数据分析能力,对市场的发展和行业动向敏感;
4.能够在压力下高效完成工作;
5.较强的谈判及沟通能力,较好的组织协调能力;
6.沟通及组织能力强;优秀解决问题的能力;
7.有创新力、注重细节;能够积极主动寻求行业新兴商业热点开拓更具效率的推广模式。
8.中文流利,具备流畅英语沟通表达能力的优先考虑
Major Respoibilities and Objectives:
1.Proactively develop and execute the promotional strategies and campaig in an international, energetic, fresh and lively manner aiming to stimulate spending desire as well as spending level;
2.Recommend, plan and supervise tactical promotion campaig for in-house events to enhance the event’s attraction as well as to build up coume’ loyalty;
3.Identify potential coume and to analysis identified targets’ shopping behavio by carrying out research and collecting coume’ feedback regularly in order to meet the KPI’s;
4.Lead digital team for developing and managing digital channels for engaging target coume and enhancing spending level;
5.Manage the annual promotion budget; and
6.Take the lead in preparing promotional materials as well as to supporting event developing, brand-building, PR and business partnehip collaboratio etc.
Major Tasks and Activities:
1.To proactively develop promotional strategies and campaig with measurable KPI and to execute the promotional programs;
2.Monitor and analyze promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaig;
3.Liaise with agencies, contracto, tenants and strategic business partne to achieve set objectives and eure high quality executio at all time;
4.To identify and develop digital promotional platforms, e.g. WeChat, LBS, App(s) and CRM programs;
5.Prepare regular monthly reports and carry out coumer analysis regularly;
6.Manage and support team membe to deliver these objectives; and
7.Manage the annual promotion budget.
Skills, Qualificatio and Experience Requirements:
1.A degree in Marketing or business related discipline;
2.Minimum 3-5 yea’ experience in similar role, preferably in, retail or e-commerce related;
3.Great analytical skills, good business awareness and a knowledge of market conditio;
4.Ability to cope with pressure;
5.Excellent communication, organizational and interpeonal skills;
6.Strong people management and problem-solving skills;
7.Good creativity and ability to use initiative and be seitive on the market as well industry trend;
8.Fluent in Mandarin, communication capacity in English is preferable.
