岗位描述：

负责ISO/TS16949的改善和流程完善，及时发现体系运行的偏差和漏洞；

Respoible for improvement of ISO/TS16949, to find the deviation and loophole of system running in time.

负责公司外审组织和协调，促进内部控制体系的健全和完善；

Respoible for organize and coordinate external audit ,and to promote the improvement of the internal control system.

协助第三方认证审核的计划制定，审核监督，整改验证；

To draw up the audit plan for third part ,to monitor the audit ,and also to verify the rectification.

对公司质量目标完成情况进行监控，负责对各个部门体系运行的有效性实时进行监控；

To monitor the completion condition of the company's quality target ,and also the effectiveness of the system running of all departments.

负责对部门质量管理体系运行有关数据的统计，分析和反馈；

Respoible for the statistics ,analysis and feedback for relevant data about quality management system.

一旦出现超出能力范围之外的问题，通知直接上级；

Informs his direct superior whenever there occur problems that exceed his peonal solving competence;

上级交办的其他任务。

Other tasks assigned by superior.

岗位要求：

大专以上学历，工程技术类专业优先；

College degree or above, majored in engineering technologies preferred;

1年以上TS16949质量体系相关工作经验;

At least 1 year TS quality system working experience;

有汽车线束制造行业经验优先；

With experience of harness manufacturing industry is preferred

熟练应用办公自动化；

Can use office automation proficiently

良好的英语听说读写能力；

Good ability of English reading and speaking;

了解FMEA，8D，新/旧QC7工具，故障树分析，WHY-WHY分析等质量方法；

Undetand FMEA, 8D, new/old QC7 tools, fault tree analysis, WHY-WHY analysis and other quality methods;

具有数据统计分析能力；

With the ability of data statistic analysis;

熟悉ISO9000/TS16949质量管理体系及VDA6.3标准；

Undetand the quality management system ISO9000/TS16949 and VDA6.3;

良好的沟通和表达能力；

Good ability of communication and expression;

分析和解决问题的能力；

With the ability of analysis and solving problems;

敏锐的观察力；

Sharp observation;
