岗位职责：

1、工程更改管理技术更改

Change management of the technical and engineering

2、样线的建立：初样的尺寸审核

Establishing sample: Dimeional check of the primary sample

3、如有错误：将错误载入文档并回复客户

In case of faults: documentation of the fault and awer to the client;

4、解决所有的客户投诉

Resolving all the complaints from the client

5、采取措施消除错误

Taking measures for elimination of the faults

6、根据VW产品审核要求安排审核员实施产品审核,并汇总审核报告

Assigning the auditor to audit and prepare the audit report according to the requirement of VW product

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，理工科优先

Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering is preferred

2、汽车行业2年以上相关经验

more than 2 yea of relevant experience in automotive industry

3、良好的英语读写能力

Good at reading and writing English

4、掌握质量5大工具、8D、7步法原则等质量方法

master the quality principle of 5 quality tools, 8D and 7 step method and so on

5、良好的沟通及表达能力

Good communication and expression ability

6、分析及解决问题能力

Analysis and problem solving ability

7、抗压能力

分析及解决问题能力

8、有汽车线束行业经验或上海大众项目经验优先。
