Position: NER China Business Development Manager

Location: Nanjing

Purpose

1.To support NER in the development of its business goals in China.

2.To target and develop strategies, markets, custome, partne, and funding opportunities.

3.To develop government and technical relatiohips in support of goals in China.

4.To provide tralation and logistic support for NER manage during extended visits to China.

Job Profile

1.Work with the NER international team to identify, evaluate, and report on markets, competition, target custome, and partne.

2.Help develop and tralate written documents with the international management team, including business pla, marketing materials, powerpoint presentatio, website content and grant applicatio.

3.Develop a CRM database of actual and potential partne, leads and custome.

4.Develop and execute a business development plan to develop strategic partnehips, leads, and to turn leads into custome.

5.Communicate and meet regularly with key custome, strategic partne and government organisatio and officials in support of NER’s objectives.

6.Use project management software tools to manage teams and projects related to research, events, promotion, marketing and business development.

7.Provide technical support, review scientific data, give qualified technical guidance, and build relatiohips on behalf of NER with scientific and academic ititutio.

8.Provide tralation, administrative and logistical support as needed during visits of NER staff.

The Company

NER has developed a new low carbon and environmentally sound turnkey solution to turn straw into pulp for paper production or as input into other industrial processes. The NER solution is economically competitive for small to medium-scale production and can accept a wide range of straw wastes (wheat, barley, oat, rice) to create a clean alternative to hardwood paper pulp.

This NER process features a bio-mechanical process with a radically new design replacing the digeste that were traditionally used. In stark contrast to the existing small-scale units that have been forced to close down in China recent decades, the NER process is completely non-polluting and uses:

-less energy than existing processes as there is no pressure or high temperature required;

-less water and chemicals as the liquid containing chemicals can be reused in a closed loop;

-less investment and running costs compared to existing processes.

NER generates revenue by liceing its technology and building plants on a turnkey basis in the UK, Europe, US and now in China. NER will also continue its research & development on processing other agricultural wastes specific to China, as well as adapting its solutio to Chinese conditio.
