Key duties:

1. Respoible for the product improvements, related to new product testing and experimental work including the final analysis.

2. Cooperate with the technical department to improve the new product, including new product testing, analysis and finish the final report.

3. Respoible for the testing and experiment to improve the product quality.

4. Develop innovative solution related to product application.

5. Cooperate with the quality department to maintain and improve the quality management system, implementation of the relevant test method of product application.

6. Be creative in supporting to improve production process and process development.

7. Technical training of sales and custome.

8. Collect and analyze the information of product application and develop a new research direction.

9. Any other reasonable duties which may be required by manager from time to time.

Qualification Requirement:

1. Education: Bachelor in wood, industrial or chemical engineering or other related educatio.

2. Work Experience: >3 yea product development or process engineering experience.

3. Languages: Fluent Chinese and English communication skills;

4. Computer Skills: Familiar with all office software;

5. Other Requirements: Excellent display, analytical ability, related issues, and other analytical and cotructive suggestio and good communication skills.
