I. Job description:

1.New supplier’s evaluation and selection process together with purchasing and project team, conduct the related audit to certify the supplier.

2.During new part development, make sure supplier can undetand the drawing, specification and other quality requirements. Perform PPAP requirement and be respoible for PPAP approval.

3.Work with project and purchasing team and make sure new part development can catch project schedule

4.Deal with the supplier quality issue. Find the root cause and solve the quality issue with supplier. 8D report is necessary.

5.Perform yearly supplier audit and work with supplier to improve the process and quality system. Follow up and close all findings during the audit.

6.Supplier performance improvement. Make sure can meet supplier performance target.

7.Other tasks superior arranges temporarily.

II. Qualificatio Required:

a) Education:

Univeity degree: Engineering

b) Practical experience:

1. 5 yea working experience. More than 3 yea practice in supplier quality management of automobile industry.

2. Have enough knowledge and experience in mechanical supplier development.

3. Have enough knowledge and experience in tooling development with supplier for die casting and injection moulding.

4. Knowledge around material application. Mainly plastic parts (PA,PC,ABS,POM) and zinc material (ZP2, ZP4, ZP5)

c) Knowledge:

Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and AIAG Manuals (PPAP、SPC、FMEA，APQP，MSA);

Computer skills e.g. MS-office;

Fluent in English both writing and spoken;

Good social and communication skills;

Internal auditor is preferred.

Driving licee is preferred.
