Key Accountabilities 主要职责：

Project management for trafer of manufacturing equipment to Taicang.

生产制造设备转移项目的项目管理

Plan and design manufacturing equipment (electrical part) in close cooperation with lead plants.

在与母公司合作的基础上，计划和设计生产制造设备（电气部分）

Maintain, modify, improve PLC programs.

维护和改善PLC程序

Maintain, modify, improve electric itallatio in manufacturing equipment.

维护和改善制造设备的电气安装

Plan and carryout itallation of new manufacturing equipment in Taicang.

计划和实现新生产设备在太仓的安装

Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulatio including proper use of industrial safety equipment.

持续改善工厂安全，环境的管理程序和规则

Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity.

计划并采取措施以改善生产效率

Coordinate projects in the area in Teamwork, reducing costs, improving quality and satisfying custome requirements;

与团队合作，通过持续改善，以降低成本，提高品质和满足客户的需求

Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;

采取合适的措施防止任何影响产品工艺和质量的意外发生

Evaluate availability of replacement parts for electric key manufacturing equipment.

评估关键制造设备电气元件更换的有效性

Make preventive maintenance plan. Compile maintenance itruction, Offer guidance during implement. Update PM plan in time.

制定设备维护保养计划，编写维修指导书，在实施过程中提供指导，及时更新检修条目.

Offer support and guidance during maintenance, coordinate with OEM.

为设备维修提供技术支持，和供应商进行协调

Troubleshoots, maintai, modifies and replaces all types of electrical and electronic components relative to controls.

与控制相关的故障分析、维修、及更换电气及电子部件

According drawing and parts, localization equipment spare parts.

根据设备图纸或实物，设备备件本地化

Typical equipment fault analyze, compile manual, and training maintenance technician.

对设备故障进行分析总结，编写指导手册，对维修工进行培训

Any other works assigned by superviso.

上级指定的其他任何工作。

Requirement 要求：

(1) Bachelor degree, Electrical or Automation relative major

本科以上电气或自动化相关专业

(2) At least three yea’ PLC program making and program debug experience of project

三年以上程序编制和调试的项目经验

(3) Good at PLC program, especially Sieme PLC S7-300, S7-200, familiar with computer technology.

能熟练使用PLC进行编程, 特别是西门子S7300和S7200 PLC, 熟悉计算机技术.

(4) Good at Sieme HMI Smart 700ie, and MP277, have the experience of Sieme software TIAportal is prefer

能熟练使用西门子的人机界面 Smart700ie和MP277, 有西门子博途软件件经验更佳。

(5) Better have the experience of Zebra Printer, Atlas electric screw driver, load cell, Ultrasonic seor.

有斑马打印机, 阿特拉斯电动螺丝拧紧机, 压力传感器, 超声波传感器的使用经验更佳.

(6) Familiar with pneumatic system 了解气动系统

(7) Have the experience of equipment maintenance 有设备维护经验

(8) Familiar with AutoCAD and office

能够熟练使用AutoCAD软件及Office等办公软件

(9) Strong respoibility and good communication in English

具有强烈的责任感和良好的英语沟通能力
