Key Accountabilities :

1.Carry on the Advance quality management in new project according to the customer APQP and BOS PEP+.

新项目时，根据客户的APQP以及公司的PEP+流程，负责前期的质量管理。

2.Check customer quality requirements and standards and Define and create a Quality concept and Identification of costs for sales including Testing, gauges and Test & check equipment.

核对客户的质量要求及标准，制定质量的概念，协助销售部门核算测试、仪表和检查设备的成本。

3.Start CTQ Process and Define critical quality features according to customer requirements and secure continuity.

启动重要质量点流程，根据客户需求及安全的连续性，定义关键质量特性。

4.Manage the APQP quality meeting at the customer for the target

- CPK´s, Re-qualification plan, PPAP scope, EOL gauge / acoustic gauge requirement ,Special testing conditioTesting fixture, requirements of vehicle safety, Special test requirement, crash test, acoustic test.

全面负责APQP质量会议管理：包括工程能力指数，再认证计划， PPAP关注范围、最终工站计量器/噪音测量要求，特殊的测试条件和测试夹具，车辆安全的需求，特殊的测试要求，碰撞测试，噪音测试等。

5.Manage the Advance quality planning with supplie:

ISPO+ application to ABPT and Coordinate the sampling list into ISPO+ by DC-Admin

管理供应商前期质量：完成首批样件的申请，与总部管理员协调，完成样件清单。

6.Check and release Functional model ( Prototype ). Create the documentation of the prototypes including Control plan, measurement plan & report for BOS and create the quality records / documents for delivery to custome.

检查，释放功能性样件。创建公司内部使用的样件资料，包括控制计划，测量计划、报告等，以及交付给客户的质量记录，文件等。

7.Manage the necessary documentation of Initial Sampling release, PPAP release to customer and review at the customer

负责客户的首批样件认可和释放、PPAP释放及再检查的所有文件，资料的收集，管理。

8.Quality review at the customer at project pilot phase.

客户项目投产阶段的质量检查。

9.Draw up concept for functional, dimeional and material ipection. Illustration by design and track ECO.

起草功能概念,尺寸和材料检验方案。插图设计并跟踪工程变更。

10.Support the customer process audit and product audit.

支持客户过程审核和产品审核。

11.Analyze the return prototype and deal with the customer complaint with customer service. Draft 8D report and get approval in case of prototype complaints and claims.

退回手工样件品的分析，协助客服处理顾客的投诉。针对客户手工样件投诉，起草8D报告，并得到批准。

12.Any other works assigned by superviso.

上级指定的其他任何工作。

Requirement

1. Above Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering and the relevant.

机械工程、汽车工程以及相关专业本科以上学历。

2.More than 5 yea related Roof quality working experience. Familiar with PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC.

5年以上天窗质量工作经验，熟悉PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC。

3. Familiar with TS16949, Process Audit and Product Audit.

熟悉TS16949，过程审核和产品审核。

4.Experience and Good coordination with automotive OEM, FAW-VW, SGM, Daimler, BMW is preferred.

与汽车行业主机厂（FAW-VW, SGM, Daimler, BMW）有良好合作关系、经验者优先。

5.Thorough knowledge of APQP, Quality Engineering and Supplier Management.

熟悉APQP, 质量工程以及供应商管理。

6.Ability to work under the challenge and pressure.

具有一定的挑战能力和抗压能力。

7.Exceptional organizational and communication skills with Fluent English in verbal and writing.

具备使用流利英语，进行组织及沟通的能力。
