- 以电话或面谈等形式，提供短程心理或健康营养咨询辅导，独立处理个案，指导行为与情绪问题，做出评估与相应帮助；

- 独立开发，准备，并主持小型讲座及培训，如压力管理，团队建设，变革管理，健康饮食,安全健身等；

- 为管理层提供心理，健康和人事管理咨询与培训；

- 协助市场推广工作及客户联系方面工作。

要求：

- 本科以上学位, 心理学，社会工作学，营养学，医学专业优先；

- 有咨询或培训经验和能力

- 2年以上相关工作经验；

- 培训方向：沟通，亲子等常用主题

- 专业知识扎实，工作能力强；

- 热爱本行业，工作有热情，愿意助人成长；

- 能适合不断变化的商业环境；

Job Descriptio: （Please attention: If you are qualified following four require either of them, may apply for）

- Provide short-term psychological, physical or nutrition coueling and coaching including phone and face-to-face coultatio, case management, monitoring behavioral and emotional states, assessments and assistance

- Conduct talks and training workshops e.g. stress management, team building, change management, coaching skills or healthy diet.

- Give people management, psychological and health coultatio and trainings to managerial clients

- Assist in sales and marketing work and customer relatiohip management.

Preferred:

- Bachelor degree or above. Coueling, Psychology, Social Work，Nutrition and Clinic have priority

- Ability and experience of coueling or training

- Training topic: such as communication, children education and so on.

- Minimum 2 yea’ relevant experience

- Strong peonal competence and professional integrity

- Passionate in professional service and helping people to grow

- Flexible to work in changing business environment
