1、According to customer requirements, to evaluate and analyze new products, and Propose the Spec;

2、Familiar with the raw materials used by the module , can make BOM, SOP, component Spec Passive .etc;

3、With the technology of company equipment, determine the key and difficult process, and the new product’s testing standards, methods and mea;

4、Lead the project ,monitor the process, and promote the product introduction to complete;

5、Participate in after -sales service, to solve the problem of product for customer;

6、Analyze the product related indicato: OLE, FPY, etc., to give suggestio and measures to improve;

1、25 yea of age or above, bachelor degree or above. Major: Communication related;

2、At least 3 yea background in optical passive module Engineering ;

3、Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, can read English SPEC and can communicate in English with customer.

4、Business skills: A compreheive knowledge of optical fiber communication and a wealth of experience in project management. And effectively manage the new project;

5、 A good team work ability, coordinate the resources, eure project progress, control project risk.
