Role Purpose Overview of Role and Respoibility: · Oveee the payroll function to timely and accurately process payroll of employees for Dentsu Aegis Network. Eure high quality payroll service by providing routine payroll administration and advice on internal customer enquiries, as well as generating appropriate financial reports to support management decision. · Drive on-going efficiency improvement by developing appropriate procedures and payroll automation. Coolidate payroll for all brands under DAN. · Eure compliance of payroll data management with DAN HR and Finance policies, as well as local market policies. · Actively lead payroll integration for any new M&A entities as well as DAN, euring a smooth and efficient traition and high integration Key Relatiohip: · Corporate and Brand finance team · HR EOC team · IT department · FESCO · Operational Finance Huaqiao
Key Accountabilities
Key respoibility: · General Duties - Work closely with Human resources department (EOC team) to eure the accuracy of employee data and benefit processing. - Manage the interface of data among HRIS, Payroll and Finance systems - Eure payroll calculation and payment for wages, bonuses, allowances, benefits and income tax are done accurately and timely - Eure proper filing of payroll documents - Awer enquiries from HREOC, HRBP, Line Manage, Staff, and local tax bureau - Assist in the development of Payroll shared service scope and operation procedures · Reporting & Analysis - Generate reports and prepare payroll general ledger, and work closely with the accounting department to eure proper reconciliation - Assist in budgeting process by providing the people cost analysis - Provide Ad-Hoc reports to Finance director, Brand Leade, HRBP to support management decision · Change management - Coolidate payroll exercise for any merged brands or network brands - Support by providing continuous improvement and adjustment in SOP to match with the business change, provide specific solution to targeted brands · Othe - Other ad-Hoc support to management - Peonal Specification (Peonal attributes essential to performing role including competencies, expertise, knowledge) Peonal Specification · Education: Univeity or above degree in Accounting or Management · Technical know-how & qualificatio (e.g. languages; PC skills): - Good communication skills both in Chinese and English - Exteive knowledge on Excel applicatio - Good undetanding of accounting principles - Master of financial knowledge - Familiar with China social benefit operatio, particularly in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou - Knowledge of compeation & benefit management · Competencies (e.g. teamwork & cooperation):
